How to use it
- Open the app: When you open Daylio, you'll find a simple screen for your daily entry.

- Log your activities: After selecting your mood, a list of activities will appear. Choose the activities you've done during the day that you believe influenced your mood. You can add short notes if you wish.
- Save your entry: Press the save button to record your entry.
