By using the numootech platform (numootech.com) you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. The operator is an entity based in the Sultanate of Oman.

1) Nature of the content

Everything published on the platform (articles, courses, feasibility studies, reports) is for general educational and informational purposes. We make every effort to keep it accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that the content is free of errors or suitable for your particular circumstances, and it is not a substitute for consulting a qualified professional.

You may need to create an account (via a code sent to your email) to access certain features such as courses and certificates. You are responsible for the accuracy of your information and for protecting access to your email. You must be legally eligible to enter into a contract (of legal age in your country of residence) to make purchases on the platform. We may suspend or cancel any account that is misused or violates these Terms.

4) Courses, purchases, and refunds

• Prices of courses and products are displayed clearly, and payments are processed through the Thawani gateway.
• Because the products and courses are digital and delivered immediately after payment, refunds are not available simply for a change of mind after accessing the digital content.
• Refunds are limited to cases of a payment error or where the service does not match its description. Contact us within 7 days at [email protected], and we will process accepted requests within 14 business days to the original payment method.
• Certificates are granted after completing the course requirements, and are revoked if they are proven to have been obtained by cheating.

5) User conduct and comments

When you comment or participate, you undertake not to post content that is unlawful, abusive, misleading, infringes the rights of others, or contains spam. We have the right to review, edit, or delete comments, and you remain responsible for what you post.

6) Intellectual property

The original content (text, designs, logo, charts, courses) is owned by or licensed to numootech. Limited quotation is permitted with attribution to the source and its link, while full republication, resale, or commercial use without prior written permission is prohibited.

7) Third-party content and links

We may reference third-party tools and websites to make them easier to benefit from. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, policies, or any harm resulting from their use.

8) Advertising

The site may display advertisements (such as Google AdSense). We do not necessarily endorse what the ads promote, and your dealings with advertisers are your responsibility. For details, see the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy.

9) Disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability

The site is provided “as is” without express or implied warranties as to its accuracy, continuous availability, or freedom from errors. To the extent permitted by law, numootech is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content.

11) Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman, and its courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
